Kangchenjunga Magic & Tengkoma

These are mainly from Joel's Fall 2000 Kanchenjunga Magic trek with the four (4!) psychiatrists.
Most pictures in the main area are Joel's, on the navigation bar, mostly Jamie's.

Dawa admires the view while ascending Tengkoma.
(actually, being very strong at altitude, he was waiting for all us slow bastards...)

Jannu is the 'Ama Dablam' or the 'Fishtail' of the Kangchenjunga region, eye-catching and stunning.

Although most of the pictures are mountains, the trek begins and ends in the most picturesque middle hills. I wish every trek was this balanced.	Dawa Gyalgen, the star. Dawa has summitted Everest something like five times and came along as our climbing guide. He was our favourite of a superstar crew, always polite and often very funny. A real gentleman. While we were 6215m high, there were some giant mountains behind...
