A friend died on another mountain, a small tribute.

10 May - bad news

A friend and relative of our sherpas and who had climbed twice with myself died on another mountain working for another company. Vague details, I know, but his brother is on Everest (not working with us) and doesn't yet know.

[I repeat, everyone on our team, sherpas, Tibetans and climbers, are in perfect health.]
