Paying a trip deposit

Assuming you can't pay by transfer or check/cheque:

So you are ready to pay a deposit?

Checklist

Before you pay us, first you should have:

+ been in contact with us

+ booked your international flights (and domestic flights to Leh, if applicable)

+ signed the Acknowledgement of Risk, Waiver and Release

+ filled in the Contract and Booking form

+ booked travel insurance

+ know whether you are paying Jamie or Kim or Luke

OK, so you are ready...

What if I book then want to cancel?

For our trips we take a US$750 (sometimes US$1000) deposit covered by the fine print in the contract and booking form:

"If you cancel you lose the deposit amount. We will refund any other money paid."

Payment by PayPal or credit card

We use PayPal, an Ebay company, to handle credit card payments. It is safe and secure and easy to use.
